This involves Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, minor and project change works activities to be undertaken on the high level internal and external building fabric at the Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood, Edinburgh.

The service will also include hard and soft landscaping maintenance and bird pest control.

Due to the design and complexity of the building, much of the fabric maintenance is only accessible via rope access.
