A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:
The aim of this project is to regenerate the Annan Harbour area, creating employment and improving socio-economic opportunities in the local area and wider region, both directly through the project and indirectly through consequent future activity by others.
Project delivery through this contract therefore seeks to identify opportunities to deliver these outcomes through the capital works, including opportunities for jobs, training and procurement.
