The scope will comprise the following services for building and track drainage assets:

-Planned, Reactive and Corrective maintenance

-Survey and Inspection Services

-Specialist Services

This is a competitive procurement for the award of a single contract for the supply of Building and Track Drainage Maintenance and Associated Services within stations, depots, sidings, other buildings and track areas within the Transport for London and TfL subsidiaries network (including without limitation London Underground, London Overground and RfLi (Elizabeth Line).

The assets in scope include, but are not limited to:

-Gullies

-Soil and Waste Pipes

-Urinal Cartridges

-Sanitary Waste & Pipe work and Appliances.

-Oil/petrol interceptors

-Grease traps

-Channels

-Manholes

-Catchpits

-Gravity drainage pipes

-Pump Sumps

-Bailing Pits

-Gravity outfalls with or without anti flood valves

-Ditches

-Soakaways

-Trash Screens

-Pipe Siphons, Crossings and Culverts.

-Cesspits and Tanks

-Anti flood / Non return valves

-Rodding Eyes

-Flow control Devices

-Downpipes

-French Drains

-Chambers

The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years.

Interested parties must register on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and then request access to the procurement event.

Interested parties can then view the Specification, Performance requirements, and Contract and then submit their Supplier Qualification responses before the time and date stated (10:00 hours, Monday 03 February 2025)
