We will be awarding a framework agreement for core building compliance services. This requirement is split into lots reflecting each area of compliance. These lots will include Electrical, Fire Safety, Legionella, Asbestos compliance, LOLER and Water Supplies.

Lot 7. LOLER Thorough Examinations
Description
Provision of thorough examinations of lifting equipment across the estate. Lifting equipment comprises passenger lifts or platform lifts to carry people along with hoists in our changing places toilets. There are also goods lifts including goods hoists and rails which are used to lift deer carcases in our deer larders. Full details can be found in the attached specification document.

Framework operation description
