Livin Housing are inviting suppliers to share their insights and expertise through a soft market testing exercise for an upcoming procurement process to deliver a range of services, including but not limited to:

- Responsive repairs

- Emergency out of hours works

- Planned maintenance to ensure high standards in home quality

- Gas/heating maintenance and servicing

- Electrical testing and rewiring

- Void works

- Retrofit and works to improve EPC ratings

- Building compliance and health and safety works

- Damp and disrepair works

Livin Housing are inviting suppliers to share their insights and expertise through a soft market testing exercise for an upcoming procurement process to deliver a range of services, including but not limited to:

- Responsive repairs

- Emergency out of hours works

- Planned maintenance to ensure high standards in home quality

- Gas/heating maintenance and servicing

- Electrical testing and rewiring

- Void works

- Retrofit and works to improve EPC ratings

- Building compliance and health and safety works

- Damp and disrepair works

Interested providers are invited to respond to the soft market testing information via Slido, as responses will only be entertained through this platform. The completed soft market testing questionnaire should be submitted no later than 12 Noon on (ADD DATE). Livin reserves the right to hold further soft market testing meetings for interested organisations that respond to the questionnaire to further support this exercise. Please note that Livin retains sole discretion as to which (if any) interested organisations it will invite to such meetings.

This is not a formal tender opportunity, and there is no guarantee of any tender opportunity arising following this period of soft market testing. All responses will be confidential and used solely for market testing purposes.
