This Notice is to inform the market of a potential procurement event for the Anglia Route within the Eastern region for modular OHLE RRV (Overhead Line Equipment Road-Rail Vehicle) vehicles equipped with drum carrier modules. The successful contractor will be responsible for the development and production of one prototype OHLE RRV vehicle, modular options and drum carrier functionalities, testing, acceptance and successful validation of the prototype.
Should the prototype vehicle be successful in testing, functionality, acceptance and entry into service, a subsequent 7 vehicles may be ordered to replace the existing fleet.

It is intended that the tender will be open to all RISQS registered suppliers under RICCL code: Plant > In Possession Machines > On Track Plant(OTP) with/without Operator > Supply. Suppliers will require the following RICCL code within RISQS to take part in the future tender event:
- D.B.1: On Track Plan (OTP) with/without Operator/Supply.
