Increase funding by £17,752.35 from 01 April 2024 to 31 August 2026 for the 1.4% Agenda for Change pay uplift.
Pay a one-off non-recurrent anount of £16,761.78 block uplift one off lump sum to contribute to previous shortfalls for Agenda for Change.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not
apply to this Modification and comes under the Provider Selection Regime, the services are
for Health Care, CPV Code, 850000000.
This is a permitted modification under PSR Reg 13 (1) (a) as provision was made in the
original tender documents to add additional funding to increase funding where it determines
(in its absolute discretion) that uplifts may be required in relation to the Agenda for Change
national pay rates for NHS employees affected by the NHS pay scheme or where similar
labour market rate uplifts may be required within the treatment and recovery system, and to
increase funding to provide additional resources and capacity to support the treatment and
recovery system and improve outcomes. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the current contract
