seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Amend KPI waiting times for first treatment interventions face to face to align with national target of 3 weeks and under (national target) - 95%.
Increase funding by £40,177.32 from 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 for the 1.4% Agenda for Change pay uplift.
Pay one off non-recurrent amounts of:
£20,088.66 for Agenda for change one off lump sum to cover 01 April 2024 top 31 March 2025 for 1.4% uplift.
£45,838.66 block uplift one off lump sum to contribute to previous shortfalls for Agenda for Change.
£30,000.00 property operating costs one off lump sum to cover 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire.
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not
apply to this Modification and comes under the Provider Selection Regime, the services are
for Rehabilitation, CPV Code, 85312500-4.
This is a permitted modification under PSR Reg 13 (1) (a) as provision was made in the original tender documents to add additional funding to increase funding where it determines (in its absolute discretion) that uplifts may be required in relation to the Agenda for Change national pay rates for NHS employees affected by the NHS pay scheme or where similar labour market rate uplifts may be required within the treatment and recovery system, and to increase funding to provide additional resources and capacity to support the treatment and recovery system and improve outcomes.
The modification does not alter the overall nature of the current contract.
