In section I.2, it is stated that this procurement is a joint procurement. This is not a joint procurement - it is operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the participant listed in Section I.1 i.e. Strategic Planning and Performance Group. The estimated value in II.1.5 above includes the initial contract period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to two periods of 12 months plus a further extension of 18 months in the circumstances described in section 27 of the B Document - SS20a Scoping and Specification document. The value also includes a potential increase in services of 40% as detailed in section 1.6 of the B Document - SS20a Scoping and Specification.
