This contract is for the full service provision of a Payroll & Pensions Service encompassing relevant operational portals and suitable expertise covering both Payroll and Pensions, with specific reference to schools and academies national pay & conditions and Local Government terms / pension arrangements.
The Supplier must be able to provide:
• A comprehensive fully managed payroll & pensions service (including the provision of a user-friendly interactive and efficient system, which has the ability to deal with different pay scales and contract terms).
• Employee pensions contributions and payments administration.
• Employee and Manager self-service portal.
• Fully managed payroll administration including contract and pay-change communication with all employees as instructed by the Trust.
• Fully responsive reporting system for both payroll and workforce management including statutory requirements.
• Liaising with Trust appointed financial auditors.
• All details and requirements within the specification contained within this invitation to tender.
