Description
The University of Westminster is seeking an experienced provider to deliver cleaning services across all properties, including operational, academic and student residences.
This service has been procured from external providers for many years.
This procurement results from the current contract terminating on 30th November 2025 and a new contract will be required to ensure continuation of service.
Cleaning Services is regarded as a key service area within the Estates function because of its impact on the wider University population and its contribution to staff and student wellbeing.
