The Trust is anticipating a procurement process that will be published to deliver UTC services in the London Borough of Bexley. The Trust has sought to identify the most suitable provider to partner with as a subcontractor to bid with and, if successful, partner with to deliver the services.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process.

The contract award date for the subcontracted services will depend on the contract that is published by SEL ICB, and subject to the Trust and it's partner being successful in their bid.

The value of the contract will reflect that which will be published based on the SEL ICB procurement, the estimates used in the notice to date have been detailed but will be subject to any change via the ICB.
