Description

The supplier is responsible for handling all import/export documentation, customs clearance, and duty assessments in compliance with regulations. They must manage the transportation, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, and storage of goods-including furniture, white goods, and heavy materials-between various BHC properties. Adequate vehicles, equipment, and manpower must be provided for safe and efficient movement, including specialized handling like rope systems for overhangs. Temporary storage and proper packing materials are also to be arranged as needed.

Award criteria

Technical criteria is given 60% and Commercial criteria is given 40% of the total. Marks of technical evaluation will be given out of 240 and commercial evaluation marks will be given out of 160. There are multiple technical evaluation question included in Annexure - A along with its weightage of each question.
