The Letta Trust, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, is tendering the cleaning services for two primary schools, Stebon and Bygrove schools. Stebon Schools has 600 children and 97 teaching and support staff, the building is 3,200 M², the incumbent is Kindred FM. Bygrove Primary has 248 children some 50 teaching staff and the building is 1,464 M², the incumbent cleaner is SND. There are LGPS pensions in both schools so the ability to achieve ABS in Tower Hamlets is essential.The trust is tendering the cleaning contract to develop bespoke cleaning standards and the very best service for every child and adult in the schools. The contract start date is the 1st of August 2024 and this will be for an initial three-year period. There is an option for both parties to extend the contract for a further two years subject to client satisfaction and client agreement on budgets and service levels. The Trust are bidding both schools in one Lot and each school reserves the right to award the c
