two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Provision of contract energy management services to cover and accept systems on residential block, estate, and external services including energy facility. Inclusive of planned preventative and reactive maintenance at Ebury Bridge Estate Renewal Scheme.

All interested parties in this scheme should note the following points prior to expression of interest/ Companies should;

(i) Align with Heat Trust minimum standards.

(ii Energy centre management experience.

(ii) Good track record and high levels of managerial experience on similar sized mixed use estates.

(iii) Experience of working with Estate Management providers as an integral part of the managing team for schemes of this size and tenure

(v) Have and maintain insurances levels in line with (EL) £5M, (PL) £5M.
