two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Provision of management services to cover block, estate, housing, energy management and external services and proposed integrated approach at Ebury Bridge Renewal Scheme.

All interested parties in this scheme should note the following points prior to expression of interest/ Companies should;

(i) Professionally qualified; RICS or ARMA regulated.

(ii) Good track record and high levels of managerial experience on similar sized mixed use estates.

(iii) Financial experience of managing a service charge budget for scheme of this size and tenure

(iv) Employment management of on-site staffing provision including front of house, security 24/7 staffing levels.

(vi) Have and maintain insurances levels in line with (EL) £5M, (PL) £5M.

(vii) Subsequent invitation to tender opportunity will include detailed qualification questions on a pass/fail basis to ensure compliance with the requirements as set out in this opportunity.

(viii) Knowledge of Building Safety Act regulations for buildings over 18mtrs.

(ix) Energy centre management experience.
