The dock consists of four berths: Berth 1, Berth 2, Berth 3, and Berth 4. All berths, except for Berth 1, are equipped with pipework connections and are utilized to transport petrochemical products to and from the oil refineries located to the south of the dock.

The three berths at the dock can accommodate ships with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of up to 50,000 and a maximum length of 190 meters.

The fire suppression system at the dock is nearing the end of its operational life and requires a complete upgrade to ensure compliance with relevant standards, including the International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers and Terminals (ISGOTT).
