Description
The North East Combined Authority and its constituent local authorities seek to procure a provider to deliver a domestic retrofit one-stop-shop service across the region. This service will act as a central coordination hub, offering in-person, web, and telephone-based retrofit advice. It will deliver an end-to-end service for the able-to-pay market, while also working to develop partnerships and the local supply chain. The service will ensure inclusive access for all residents with a key focus on addressing fuel poverty, particularly within the private rented sector.
An Invitation to Tender for the NE Warm Homes will be launched Thursday 10th July and will be live for 30 days on the OPEN Tendering system.
The purpose of this online session is to provide a high level overview of the commissioning process, specification, timescales.
