Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to supply and deliver various natural stone and paving materials for the Councils City Centre Environmental Improvement project. The successful Contractor will be required to store the materials until delivery is requested by the Council.

The materials supplied will be used to re-pave part of Wrexham City Centre including Yorke Street, High Street, Town Hill and Abbot Street. Please note this contract opportunity is for the supply, temporary storage and delivery of specified materials only, not installation.

The materials to be supplied through this tender exercise will be used to re-pave part of Wrexham City Centre including Yorke Street, High Street, Town Hill and Abbot Street. This contract is for supply only, not installation.

It is anticipated that delivery will be made in May, June and /or July 2024. The successful Tenderer will be required to store the materials prior to delivery. Delivery may be in multiple deliveries or in full to tie in with installation requirements.

The materials required broadly consist of (in various sizes):

- Sandstone Paving and Setts

- Crystal Black Granite Edging, Kerbs, Setts and Tactile Paving.
