The lease will be for the development of 3 properties for long term accommodation.
The authority wish to directly award the contract to Progress Housing Association (PHA) for the following period:
Estimated Lease Start Date: December 2024 (Subject to obtaining planning permission and funding from NHS England)
The total value of the contract is based on an estimated budget for the works and services required to build the properties.
