PIN Purpose

Ark Housing Association (AHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance and Voids (including Out of Hours) Measured Term (MT) Contract or Framework 2025 – 2029.

We are very interested in the marketplace views on our options as listed below.

There is the potential that if we choose to make this a framework, we may include working with other RSLs in the local areas of the geographical lots, if this option is chosen, that will be confirmed in any future contract notice after we get the feedback on this PIN.

PIN Purpose

Ark Housing Association (AHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance and Voids (including Out of Hours) Measured Term (MT) Contract or Framework 2025 – 2029.

We are extremely interested in your views about what we have set out above. We want to take this opportunity to engage with you all and the marketplace and would encourage you all to feedback your thoughts and comments through the PCS questions platform or alternatively via email to our technical and procurement consultant Douglas Gold douglasgold@sky.com. This is your opportunity to be involved in shaping the procurement of this critical service for AHA and ASL.

It is anticipated that this framework will be delivery by Multiple Trade Contractors to deliver in 10 separate trade lots we have created based on our requirements.

We are holding a Contractor Open Day Session. At this session our Technical and Procurement Consultant Douglas Gold and the project Quantity Surveyor, Scott Bradshaw will be in attendance with CDHA staff to discuss the procurement and tender process in much greater detail.

We will present to you in detail how the process will be undertaken and discuss the selection documentation, the Standard Procurement Document (SPD), the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, award criteria the Quality questions, the Pricing schedule and the Quality / Price matrix for the outcome.

The Contractor Open Day session will take place in December 24 and will be via Teams and we will post the information to login in due course.
