The service will require the successful Economic Operator to remove all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) which include all Licensable Asbestos Works (LW) and on occasion some Notifiable Non Licensed Works (NNLW) and Non Licensed Asbestos Works (NLAW) at the Contracting Authority's request. The Contract associated with this Competition will deliver measurable social value outcomes in accordance with Procurement Policy Note 01/21 – Scoring Social Value. The successful Economic Operator will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives arising from this Procurement. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions and/or Award Criteria may relate, in particular, to social value.
