South Holland District Council are looking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the following tasks: - To carry out service, inspection, and safety checks of Gas [NG and LPG], oil, Solid fuel and Air and Ground Source heat pumps together with ancillary equipment and other miscellaneous oil and gas fired equipment installed, to ensure that they are maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent risk of injury to any person or damage to any property. The Inspection and Service cycle is to be every 11 months and will include the completion and issue of a landlord's safety record [LGSR, CD11, HETAS commissioning certification, NICEIC commissioning certificate]. The provision of a fully comprehensive repair, maintenance, and reactive boiler installation. The Contractor shall provide 24 hour 7 days a week year-round fully comprehensive repair and maintenance operation for all heating types.
