1 Must demonstrate ability and readiness to provide residential services ready for contract start date on 01 April 2023.
2 Must be a fully compliant and registered care home provider. The premises must also be registered with the Care Inspectorate.
3 Three years audited or company accounts; bank reference to the minimum value of 1,000,000 GBP; evidence of current Employers and Public Liability Insurances to a minimum value of 10,000,000 and 5,000,000 GBP respectively.
4 Must demonstrate sufficient experience of having delivered residential services.

The Contracting Authority may exclude any economic operator from the procurement procedure if, in the Contracting Authority's sole opinion, the economic operator cannot demonstrate that it can provide the service from 1st April 2023.
