Tenderers must be able to supply a range of Goods as detailed below.

Main products

• Coffee in various formats (beans, ground, bulk-brew) and Fair Trade option

• Tea in various formats (leaf and bag) and Fair Trade option

• Hot Chocolate

• Syrups and other drinks ingredients

Other products

• Other coffee shop items such as cakes, pastries, confectionery etc.

• Ancillaries such as branded / non-branded disposables & non-disposables

• Barista training

Additional Desirable requirements

• Supply of Café associated products such as cakes, muffins, biscuits/cookies, nuts, speciality chocolate etc.

• Ability to provide coffee shop offer / experience to include Product Imagery, Footprint for Furniture / design.

• FOC marketing materials including price boards, loyalty cards etc a minimum of once per annum.

• Provision of Coffee Carts / Pods

• Ability to deliver seasonal promotions in line with high street offerings.

City of Wolverhampton Council reserves the right to add or delete participating establishments throughout the Contract period. Current locations are Civic Centre (Wolverhampton), Wolverhampton Art Gallery, West Park café and Bantock Park café (both in Wolverhampton).

The contract value includes 1 x 24 month extension.

Description of renewals

The initial term will be for 2 (two) years, with the option for 1(one) x 2(two) year extension. The contract will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators. The total contract term will not exceed 4 (four) years - 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028.
