The proposed 'Framework Agreement for Minor, intermediate and Maintenance Work Construction Contracts in 3 Lots' is envisaged to support the delivery of Estates Strategy & Masterplan via the College's Capital, Revenue Maintenance programme of work.

The Framework Agreement commencement period will be early 2024 and will be for a period of four year(s) (i.e., June 2024 - June 2028) subject to key performance targets.

The Framework Agreement is divided into the following work packages (Lots):
