It is proposed to have 6 Lots consisting of 3 Contractors each awarded a Contract (subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders being received) covering 6 areas as detailed in the Tender documents. The Contracting Authority reserves the right in its absolute discretion to not to award any Contract and or collapse the Competition for any reason.. Any award is subject to the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion that the tender submission provides it with value for money, for this purpose the Contracting Authority may, but is not obliged to, benchmark against its pre-tender estimates.. . Specifically in relation to CT093 the Contracting Authority does not consider that the tenders represents value for money across the Lots..
