The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of Investment works and services, for its members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

The framework is split into eight lots:

Lot 1: Plumbing and heating,

Lot 2: Kitchens,

Lot 3: Electrical,

Lot 4: Roofing,

Lot 5: Painting and decorating,

Lot 6: Windows and doors,

Lot 7: Damp and mould

Lot 8: Complete services

The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Contractors per Lot

— hang wall paper including preparation;

— painting on all surfaces with anti vandal paint; gloss; emulsion;
