4A – Door Entry – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or renewal of controlled door entry access systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.

4B – CCTV – undertake the downloading and provision of video images and footage, maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or renewal of Closed-Circuit Television Systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.

4C – Aircraft Warning Lights – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of aircraft warning lights to high-rise residential buildings owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.

4D – Lightning Conductors – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of lightning protection systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.

4E – Generators – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or replacement of generator unit located at 2 Mendip Road (West Office), Westcliff-On-Sea, SS0 0HD, managed and occupied by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.

4F – Automatic Bollards – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or renewal of automatic rising bollards at Barringtons, Sutton Road, Southend-On-Sea, SS2 5NA.

4G – Emergency Lighting – undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or replacement of emergency lighting systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
