Blackpool Council, working on behalf of other Lancashire Local Authorities through the

who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most

economically advantageous tender. These documents reference Blackpool Council as they are the Procurement lead, each Local Authority will have their own separate contract with

the successful bidder.

Fylde Council do not wish to participate in this opportunity and have therefore been removed form any documents.

It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2025 with

budget availability).

Cosy Homes in Lancashire (CHiL) is a brand established by 12 district and two unitary

councils in Lancashire as well as the County Council under which domestic energy efficiency

schemes are delivered pan-Lancashire. Historically there is a strong track record of the

Authorities working together in the energy field and CHiL has developed through this

collaborative working arrangement. Other Lancashire Authorities may in the future may join

the LHEOG and it is an expectation that the successful provider will be able to accommodate
