To support and help deliver this programme, now and into the future, EEAST is reviewing its delivery of soft facility management services, of which its planned and reactive General Building Maintenance forms a core part of the provision and we are keen to engage with experienced providers to help us develop our requirements for the future procurement.

The service is currently provided across EEAST’s 6 regions, split into two separate contracts, one covering the North (Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire) and the other covering the South (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex).
