The contracting authority will incorporate aminimum 10 calendar day standstill period from theday the information on the award of the contract iscommunicated to tenderers.If an appeal regardingthe award of the contract has not been fullyresolved, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015provide for aggrieved parties who have beenharmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of therules to take action in the High Court (England,Wales and Northern Ireland).
