Management & delivery of metering services including planning & scheduling & streetworks management associated with:
• replacement/maintenance/repair of valves, hydrants, ferrules;
• mains diversions;
• new connections – clean water only — survey with planned activity & material schedule;
• new connections – clean water & wastewater — installation of manifolds, comm pipes, chambers/minor sewerage infrastructure;
• main laying – clean water only — excavate & lay, lay only, self-lay mains connection, self-lay mains test & chlorinate;
• non-standard work, eg. clean water & wastewater mains diversion for the purposes of developer work;
• lead & common supply pipe replacement;
METER INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING (est £35M pa)
Management & delivery of metering services including planning & scheduling & streetworks management associated with:
• domestic/non-domestic/bulk meter replacement/installation/repair — internal & external (potentially including new chambers);
• domestic & non-domestic internal plumbing work;
• meter survey work;
DOMESTIC WATER EFFICIENCY AUDITS (est £1M pa) (likely to be included in the Meter Installation activity due to scope & value)
• Inbound & outbound call handling/Arranging appointments
• Engaging with customer through relevant behavioural change messaging, making the interaction personal & tailored to the customer
