Remedy works will be at the discretion of Ayrshire Housing Association and should not be carried out without the associations instruction. The approximate number of residential properties included in the contract is 1,032.

The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of inspection, identification, locating and fixing of electric faults, and remedial works to the electrical installations and portable appliance testing, (remedial works will be at the discretion of Ayrshire Housing and should not be carried out without Ayrshire Housings instruction), within various residential properties and Ayrshire Housing offices over a three-year period, with the option, at the clients discretion, to extend the Agreement for a further two-years, reviewed annually. The Contractor will carry out electrical testing and may be instructed to make good any defects recorded from the results of the test and ensure a ‘clean’ certificate is provided to Ayrshire Housing.
