Description of possible extension:

The Council will allow bidders to be awarded up to 2 lots, however they reserve the right that should a suitable provider not be available for a lot following the tender evaluation then they may enter negotiation with the successful providers of alternative lots with a view to then direct awarding the lot. This may result in a provider then delivering 3 lots.
