Seeking to secure high-quality service-coordination and promotion service (non-clinical) for patients with Alström Syndrome which is a rare disease. This service complements the highly specialised national clinical service that NHS England commissions for patients with this syndrome. This is a renewal of an existing contract with Alström Syndrome UK.
It provides specialist professional services including provision of a secure patient database, patient advocacy and engagement in service delivery, non-medical patient support, and provision of relevant and up to date information.
