Other information
Description of risks to contract performance
The total area maintained may increase or decrease by approximately 10-20% depending on future acquisition or disposal of university land or buildings.
The frequency and volume of service delivery (e.g. grass cutting, hedge trimming, path maintenance) may vary by approximately ± 15% due to seasonal factors, evolving site use, or sustainability priorities.
The University may require additional one-off services such as storm damage clearance or event-related support, which may increase the annual value of the contract by up to 10% in any given year.
Potential increase to labour costs due to inflation and rising real living wage (RLW).
