two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The services in scope of the contract include the following:
• Ownership and maintenance of the Meter assets
• Provide an "online" web portal with the facility to monitor data use, trends and exceptions, while providing a variety of reporting options
• Ensure data from all meters is provided in a format and manner suitable to inform the web portal of the estate's energy activity
• Provide data in a form compatible with HCC energy billing requirements
• Maintain support and communication with HCC to ensure resilience and that flexibility is provided to a level required by HCC for the duration of the contract
• Provide standard and defined reporting and options for bespoke reporting
• Maintenance of estate and meter changes
These features will allow HCC to use and analyse date, produce reports, and league tables with more granular data to inform decision making.
Please note, there is a maximum annual budget cap of £235,000.00 based on current number of meters (1,719). Tenderers will be excluded from the procurement process if the above stated maximum is exceeded.
