Bromford Housing Group is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure a range of small to medium-sized contracts focused on works and services supporting housing asset maintenance. This DPS will encompass multiple categories aligned with our maintenance needs, including (but not limited to) groundworks, general repairs, environmental services, and other asset-related requirements. Suppliers who qualify for this DPS will have ongoing opportunities to bid for specific projects across various geographic locations within our operational areas. The DPS will remain open for up to 60 month (the term may be shorted or extended as needed), allowing both new and existing suppliers to apply and participate, thereby fostering competition and supporting Bromford’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and responsive service.
