The HPCCAS Framework commenced on 14 August 2023 for a fixed 4 year term and will expire on 13 August 2027. The HPCCAS Framework was procured using the restricted procedure.
The values provided in this Contract Award Notice are estimates based on current spend, growth over the lifecycle of the previous framework and the potential usage of the framework as a route to market for Approved Organisations. NHS SBS has not made any guarantee to the successful suppliers on levels of spend. Spend and volumes may vary throughout the life of the Framework Agreement from the anticipated levels given in this notice.
Some purchases under this Framework Agreement may have requirements that can be met under this Framework Agreement but the purchase of which may be exempt from the Procurement Regulations. In such cases, Call-off Contracts from this Framework will be unregulated purchases for the purposes of the Procurement Regulations, and Approved Organisations may, at their discretion, modify the terms and conditions of any Call-off Contracts to reflect that Approved Organisation's specific needs.
