Scope
Description
Triangle Housing Association Limited wishes to engage a service provider to provide lift/stair lift maintenance services to the Association. It is intended that the contract shall cover the lift/stair lift maintenance service for four years with the possibility of a further two 12-month extensions. Triangle has approximately 150 premises, with the potential to increase by 20+ throughout the life of this contract, that require lift maintenance services.
