two.1.4) Short description

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over320 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM Ltd will be conducting a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Roofing Services Framework (EEM0070) which will expire in June 2024. The lots structure has not been confirmed yet but will be confirmed within the tender documents and contract notice when published. The contract will have geographical Sublots which will be Midlands and National. two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. The housing stock are typically consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock, bungalows blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, communal buildings, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation, universities and depots. EEM is conducting this tender exercise on behalf of its contracting authorities to establish a framework agreement for roofing services to cover requirements in both domestic and commercial locations. The successful contractors will be suitably qualified and have a wealth of experience to undertake the works required. The successful contractors will be expected to provide contracting authorities with the works required to support the maintenance of their property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. The framework is being procured by EEM on behalf of its members and the other organisations described as being authorised users. Further details regarding the authorised users of this framework can be found in the ITT documents when they are released. The framework will be split into core work stream lots which will be confirmed within the tender documents and contract notice.

This is a prior information notice to notify interested organisations of an up and coming tender opportunity. There are no further details or documents available at the moment. The tender documents containing all requirements for this framework are estimated to be available around end of January via our tender portal (https://www.delta-esourcing.com/). EEM plan to allow bidders 12 weeks to complete the tender period. The value information contained within this notice is the provisional total framework value £150000000 and takes into consideration the full 4 year framework term, the lot structure, length of call off contracts and that the EEM membership may grow over the framework lifetime.
