This opportunity seeks to procure and implement a new service within Anchor that will be able to support the future organisational needs of Anchor, including but not limited to the dilution of the chemicals to ensure a more sustainable and environmentally safe approach to our cleaning. Anchor is looking for a sole supplier to supply and deliver its full provision of all chemical and janitorial requirements.

Anchor is the largest non-profit housing association within England for the over 55?s. We provide housing to over 65000 residents and within that number support vulnerable 5000 people in 120 care homes.

The new contract will begin on the 13th May 2024 and will continue for a term of 3 years and two optional one-year extensions, at the discretion of Anchor.

We are seeking a long term, strategic partnership which will work in line with our Values and provide innovation and support to our colleagues within our care homes.
