Norfolk County Council will be looking to re-open our multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of training and youth support services through the Kings Lynn Youth Retraining Pledge (KLYRP) project. The planned date for re-opening the framework is Friday 13th January 2023. This will be for new applications only and existing providers on the framework will not need to do anything.

Lot 2 is a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of employment skills training. The focus of this provision will be on equipping individuals on an employability journey with the flexible and holistic support they require to prepare for employment, education, training or volunteering and may include support for individuals who are in employment, but are in receipt of low incomes and likely to be living in poverty.

We are only seeking expressions of interest at this stage, as such no documentation is currently available. Prior to publishing the tender documents, we are holding a supplier engagement event. The event will provide an opportunity for potential bidders to find out more about the King's Lynn Youth Training Project and the services that are to be provided under the framework. The event is taking place at 11am on Wednesday 11th January. It will be a virtual event held via MS Teams. If you are interested in this opportunity you are advised to attend. This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council`s e-procurement system.
