This call-off contract is for the provision of Building Management Services (BMS) Maintenance Services to the University.

The service provider shall provide suitability trained and qualified Trend BMS Engineers to attend each campus as required for the following services:

• The IQVision and Software support

• Providing Site Licence Agreements

• A 24/7 callout service

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Annual inspection and calibration of specified outstations and associated equipment.

• Meter data gathering support.

• Annual frost protection system inspections / calibrations.

It is anticipated the contract will be for three (3) years initially, with an option to extend for any periods up to and including thirty six (36) months.

This call-off contract is a direct award to the supplier awarded Lot 1.1 Building Management Systems (BMS) as provided for under the NHS SBS framework agreement for SBS10166 Hard Facilities Management 2.
