Description
Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is inviting responses for the provision of communal Pest Control; full details of this opportunity are found within this document and all other associated documents .
The contract is expected to value £50,000 annually, with contract period for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months plus 12 months (24 months)
The anticipated contract commencement date is 30th December 2025

Description of risks to contract performance
The Supplier will be expected to provide pest control services as per the Specification to any Wandle asset as required. As and when assets are obtained or disposed of, the Supplier will be notified. Within the Pricing Schedule of this tender, the Contracting Authority has stated a number of assets/properties that the Supplier will be expected to deliver monthly services to - if this list of assets/properties needs to be modified throughout the contract term, this will be considered a "materialisation of a known risk".
