The works to be undertaken will be to provide a contracting service to the Property Services Disabled Facilities Grants Team of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. Such works may range from simple building alterations to significant construction works, including the provision of specialist equipment – all of which shall be for the benefit of disabled citizens. Works shall take place in the homes of grant recipients.

This will consist of three lots/areas.
