The South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP), comprising of Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council are seeking a suitably experienced organisation to partner with the Councils in operating their leisure and culture facilities, across the 3 Councils.This is a 3-stage process, in which this Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is Stage 1.In Stage 1, bidders will be asked to complete the SQ document, and the Councils will then evaluate submissions based on selection criteria noted within this document.The Councils shall be inviting a minimum of three suppliers, based on the SQ evaluations, through to Stage 2 – Initial Tender Stage. Please note, where less than three suppliers pass Stage 1, the Councils will take through the number of suppliers who have passed this Stage.
