We are looking to have a discussion with a CQC-registered provider who has a care home within the London Borough of Newham (which already has planning permission), about an innovative approach to delivering care and support to meet residential-level needs with resident tenancies. Under this approach, the Council would lease the building and the provider would deliver the managing agent and care and support functions.
