two.1.4) Short description

This PIN Notice is to notify interested parties of a market engagement event for the retender of the above framework. Further details of the event date and how to register can be found in the Additional Information under Section VI of this notice.

The Framework is primarily for civil engineering, highways and transportation infrastructure development related construction works. The Framework consists of four Lots, which are:

• Lot 1 (Gen5-1): Works with a maximum value of £250,000

• Lot 2 (Gen5-2): Works with a maximum value of £5,000,000

• Lot 3 (Gen5-3): Works with a value between £3,000,000 and £20,000,000

• Lot 4 (Gen5-4): Works with a value between £15,000,000 and £150,000,000

The Framework will be available to Participating Authorities, who can call-off from the Framework and will manage the individual call-off contracts. The Framework Agreement will be managed by Hampshire County Council through a dedicated team for day-to-day operations to ensure consistency and facilitate the sharing of best practice.
